Call of Duty Modern Warfare season 3 will launch next week and includes a major COD Warzone update. The new COD experience has been proven to work with fans but does not currently include all of the features available in other Battle Royale games. But fans have spotted something that suggests that at least one big change is in the works for the release of Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 3.

As in season 2, the next Battle Pass will include items to unlock in MW and Warzone.

This shared ecosystem has been a hit with fans in the past few months and could mean a few extra gifts for Battle Royale players.

However, much of Season 3 will still be devoted to Call of Duty Modern Warfare, with new modes, maps, and weapons expected.

Some leaks have already appeared, notably a Modern Warfare 3 map called Village, and another from the original MW, called Backlot.

Dataminers have also found references to creators’ codes, with the leaked blurb: “Support your favorite Call of Duty creator with in-game purchases. Creators will receive a portion of each purchase made using their code . This code will expire after 14 days. “

However, it’s unclear how this will fit into Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 3 in the weeks to come.

So with so much planned for Modern Warfare, what can fans expect from Call of Duty Warzone? Well, fans spotted a group of four paratroopers in the illustration for the official announcement, confirming the launch of season 3.

A recent leak also announced that the Quads will be included in COD Battle Royale in the future, so that could mean it will go live next week.

Quads and Duos modes have been in demand since the launch of Call of Duty Warzone in March, and it looks like fans will get their wish on Wednesday, April 8.

Other modes are also slated to launch for Warzone, but it’s unclear if this will happen in Season 3, or if it’s something that Activision plans for later in 2020.

For now, all we officially know is that season 3 will launch on April 8 on all platforms.

This means that PS4, Xbox One and PC players will receive an update at the same time, unlike the launch of the Modern Warfare 2 remastered campaign.

This is currently only available on PS4 and will remain available until the end of the month.

Battle Pass owners only need to log in before April 5 at 11:00 p.m. PT to use the free levels, which can be found in the “Just for You” Store section.

“Wherever you are on the Battle Pass system before, you will now progress ten levels when you use this free gift,” said a message from Activision.

“For players who have reached a level higher than level 90, they will be good at reaching level 100, and all the remaining levels will be assigned to the Battle Pass for the next season.

“For example. If you are at level 95, you will receive five levels this season and five levels once you purchase the next season’s Battle Pass.

“Go to the game before April 5 to use this gift. Go to the” Just for you “section in the Store tab of the multiplayer, co-op or Warzone lobby.

“You will find the gift in 10 levels and you can exchange it to apply it to your account. You must use the gift of ten free levels in the game during this period of the event for the ten free levels to be applied to your account. “
